If I seemed a little stressed in my futurephone related post below it is because I have been working months on renegotiating my phone contract (because it is one of the twenty handsets we have at work). Very frustrating stuff.
However, the frustration may have been worth it, because as a result of another administrative delay, it is now August, and the new August price list has brought all the phone costs down.
It's also made my lament about the P505 irrelevant, since that unit is no longer on the price list. I think the fact that I am one of only seven people outside of Asus to have ever heard of the thing may have hampered their sales efforts.
So, it looks like I am going to end up with a Sony P910i after all.
